the crash happens really randomnly..sometimes my machine runs fine for 3 days, sometimes it crashes 10 times a day. it always happens during times i play heavy 3d games, such as eve online , starts with flickering, the PC corrects itself several times and then random BSOD....

it happened before when i still had VISTA on it, but TorrentG (now a banned member here??) solution of updating drivers fixed it. now i switched to windows 7 and the bsod occur again

please i don't understand reading minidumps :)

As for your video card drivers, you have:

1) ATI HDMI Audio Driver
AtihdW73.sys Wed Nov 17 07:00:47 2010

2) ATI Display driver
atikmpag.sys Tue Feb 02 22:23:43 2010
atipmdag.sys Tue Feb 02 23:19:32 2010

The first one (HDMI) most likely comes from notorious bsod maker Catalyst 10.12 Preview. Although It was not involved in your crash directly, I would still recommend you get all ATI drivers from the same release. :)

thanks Cybercore, appreciate your help greatly! i will try your solutions and post CPU-Z screenshots when i come back home from office today. In regards to Catalyst 10.12. ...would you recommend me to uninstall it completely and install the latest ATI driver only?
