Control panel mouse setting do not speed up the pointer fast enough.
Using microsoft optical mouse . Makes my wrist sore moving the mouse
from one edge of the Dest to the other , ( almost )

Have u tried getting up to date dedicated (i.e. not MS generic) mouse
drivers for Win7?

Have u tried increasing acceleration as well as speed?

I fixed it
I turned Off Enhanced pointer Precision

I DO have A MICROSOFT SCROLL MOUSE .

Glad you got it fixed, and thanks for the feedback.

But I want to point out that Jetta was asking you about the mouse DRIVER,
not about the hardware itself. Are you using the best driver for your
mouse? You might want to visit
