missing moving my documents: location tab in user folders gone. ex: my documents

I was trying to move my user defined folders to a different partition on the drive and I messed something up.

And now I have no location tab to move the folders.

The location seems to have defaulted to C:/users/chris

all of the standard folders are in there.. contacts..desktop.. my music.. my pictures..

and when downloading stuff or saving documents it defaults there. but when I open the properties tab there is no longer a location tab that I can use to move the folders. Is there a way to display this tab? Or a way to recreate the user define folders (in the event that these aren't the actual folders?) I've poked around in control panel but couldn't find anything under users or folders.

I would prefer not having to create another user account on this computer.
