microsoft games crashing on windows 7

the games at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\ all crash on start up. this is on at least 2 of my computers. they start normally then just as you start to play the game it crashes with the message of unexpected termination. any one have any reason why?. the computers are brand new with nothing added before crashes.

If they are brand new they should still be under warranty so I suggest you contact customer support. I don't know of a reason why it would do that and on a machine without warranty I would probably just do a complete reinstall.
