Hi everyone,

I am working in a small organization where I need to convert multiple spreadsheet files (such as CSV or XLSX) into another format for reporting purposes. However, Microsoft Excel is not installed on my system, and due to company policy, I cannot install it right now. I wanted to ask, is it mandatory to have Microsoft Excel installed to perform file conversion, or is there any alternative way to convert files without Excel? If possible, please suggest a reliable solution that works without data loss.

It is a common misunderstanding that Microsoft Excel is required on a computer for Excel to vCard conversion; however, this is incorrect. The SameTools Excel to VCF converter is designed as a standalone solution that does not require an installed version of Microsoft Excel for exporting. It can read XLS and XLSX files directly without using Microsoft Excel. To use it, you can convert multiple Excel contact files to vCard format because it provides bulk conversion without any limitations. The Excel to vCard conversion tool avoids all problems while using its advanced features and provides a safe and secure contacts conversion. And you can convert Excel contacts on any Windows version, from 11 to 7. For more information, download the tool and check its free demo version.
