Win 7 64. All updates installed.
Aero is OFF.
All else seems to work OK except:
The caption bar comes up black and when IE9 is moved about, the
caption bar smudges. Cannot see the [X] box or other stuff there but
if I click where the [X] might be, IE9 closes properly.
Also, Right-Click on a .ZIP file download link 'Save Target' As just
blinks.
Also, the Left-Click on a download link opens the Open / Save / Cancel
box at the bottom of IE9 but 'Save As' selection does nothing BUT
'Open' and other commands work; just not 'Save As'.
Any clues to what is wrong?
I do not see and strange add-ons but there are a few there.
