how to mount SkyDrive as a drive letter / network drive

Recently i began using SkyDrive mainly because of its integration into
Windows Live Mail.

However i am now wondering if there is any simple method (without 3rd party
software)
to mount SkyDrive as a drive letter or network drive, like other services
did with webDav for instance.

I use Win7 32 and 64bit versions (professional and ultimate).

So far all i found was some strange proposals to mount drive letters using
office 2010 - this i don't understand at all,
where is the connection between office and skyDrive?

Any clarification?

Thanks, but still the question remains -
is there a simple way to mount SkyDrive as a network drive / drive letter?
The silverlight application only improves drag and drop with Explorer but
it does not mount a drive letter ...

Thanks, well usiung google is one thing,
however i thought there might be some other URL to enter for
network drive mapping which would then just ask you for user name and
password,
as we were used to with webDav for instance,
as i only used SkyDrive until now for photomail (WLM) i only knew the
credentials
by email address and not by live id.
Anyhow thanks, i will get sorted with this, just hoped there is a less humpy
way to do it.

It must have all chanded.

The instructions no longer seem to work
as when i log in to skydrive with the browser,
some silverlight application starts and the cid is no longer shown.

BUT I FOUND A DIFFERENT WAY:

Map a new network drive, choose a drive letter and enter the following url

\\docs.live.net\

Wait for a while and then enter your credentials - e.g. (e-mail address removed) and
password.

Thats it. It maps to the "my documents" and not to the public folder, at
least in my example.

So it seems to have gotten much easier ...

Finally here i am again, just to state
that none of the described methodes works properly,
at least not on my Win7 32bit.
This also includes the method i found earlier.

All of those methodes show me a network drive,
which then says that about 79MB of about 81MB are used,
and copying any files yields to some error saying that the file is too
large.

Well for the moment i am a little disappointed but it seems that network
drives are not wanted ...
