How do I change my Wallpaper and my Screen Saver

I have moved your question to it's own thread because it isn't really related to the Visual effects Settings section of W7.

No Shirley, there isn't a chat on our forum. Here you post questions and hopefully people come along and answer them, usually in 24 hours or less if we know the answer.

To change your wallpaper and screensavers go to ...
Control Panel > Personalization
The Wallpaper is called "Desktop background" - first icon along the bottom
And screen savers are the last icon along the bottom.
