SOLVED How can I change fonts in Windows 7 Pro SP1?

Hello, I just want to make the current font in Windows 7 "bold" for
the menu, icons and change the font size so I can read better. I want
an itemized menu to do this not what Windows already shows me. Any
help please. TIA!!
