Forgotten password!

Hello all! Yesterday I had a bit of a security scare, and I very quickly decided to change all my passwords on my computer and phone. The problem is, I wrote down all of the new passwords except for the one for start up/log in for my laptop (running windows 7 home premium). So, when I went to check something later in the afternoon I can not log in as I don't know my password! It has my user name showing, but will not let me choose administrator options (as I have seen as a possible option in other forums). Also when I have tried to start the system in safe mode with networking, it still goes to my log in name. Any ideas? Please help!!
