Eudora 7's Screen Res when on Battery

F

Fred Goldberg

Hi,

I have a Dell Studio 17 laptop running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Problem:

One of my applications (and only this one app), Eudora 7, opens with a
different screen resolution depending on whether I'm on AC power (larger)
or Battery power (smaller).

When I check, the laptop's screen resolution and font sizes, they remain
the same. With the exception of registry tweeks, I have not been able to
find any Eudora or Windows configuration setting that would do this for
just this one program.

All suggestions, including registry tweeks, to correct this will be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Fred

I am a die-hard old-school Eudora person and have long since booted 7
in favor of OSE 1.0. While OSE 1.0 seems to be a dormant project now,
you might want to consider upgrading to it. It'll likely fix the font
issue. I know that Eudora 7 will *somewhat* work on Win 7 but it is
NOT supposed to.
