Sorry, thought that was clear. I'd like to add/delete/move any of
them. I have to have multiple tool bars to get the buttons I want and
that results in duplicates.

In older software the options appear by right clicking or clicking on
the view menu or ???? but no such option appears to exist in IE9.

in the Command bar, no way to customize Menu bar or any other
toolbar that I can find?

There are some tweaking apps around. Do a Google search for tweak ie9.
I found 3 but as I don't use IE I can't tell if they will be useful to
you or not.

Thanks, ran into some other problems and dropped back to IE8, I think
IE9 is not quite ready for prime time.

Uh, speaking as a Dummy, how does one drop back to IE8? Just uninstall IE9?

Yep.
Go to Windows update and uninstall the IE9 update.
Then if you don't want to be bugged to re-install just hide it.

Thanks. That's what I figured, but a little verification can't hurt. :)
