Can't save mouse settings.

I downloaded the Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard
Settings", but there seems to be no way to save
more than one setting. In the old system one
could save a setting for a LH person and a RH one
and all the cursors animated or otherwise. Am I
missing something?

I haven't seen a setting for "Mouse is left of keyboard" since one of my old
Logitech mice. There might have been one in Microsoft IntelliPoint, but I'm
not sure. The only way I can see to do it in the Microsoft Mouse and
Keyboard Center is to change the actions of the buttons (right button to
'Click', left button to 'Right-click'). That's simple enough to do. Be sure
to change the right button to 'Click' first, or you'll end up with two
right-clicks :) Changes take place immediately.

The cursors are still changed under mouse properties in Control Panel.
Whatever pointers are available are still there, pretty much the same as
they have been.

Note to remember- MMKC only works with Microsoft mice.

I remember it all from the old XP & before days. I
asked here about connecting two mice to the one
computer but I've lost all the posts.
