Can't open PDF document from browser

I'm OK with that. No two people should agree on everything. For me, the
problem with Foxit was that it choked on way too many pdf's that I wanted to
read, whereas Adobe Reader has always worked 100%. Rather than use two pdf
readers, I simply dumped Foxit and kept the one that worked.

I've never had Foxit choke on anything. When did you try it? Perhaps
it was an old version that had problems it no longer does.

For me, Foxit had its chance and blew it. OTOH, Adobe Reader has always
worked 100%, so there's really no reason for me to look at alternatives
again. What would be the point? I have no complaints with Adobe Reader,
which is obviously the Gold Standard by which the others are judged.
