Ok, just a question, have you installed the latest drivers from Giga-byte for your GA-Z87X-UD3H ??

I do not want you to do it now, it's just a question.

Mate,

Could you also run the following commands from a command prompt. You need to run the command prompt as administrator.
Code:
wmic recoveros set MiniDumpDirectory = C:\Windows\Minidump

wmic recoveros set OverwriteExistingDebugFile = 0

wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 2
This will ensure that the location and type of crash dump is set. Reboot your computer after this. Sorry about asking for more changes, but it is very important to get a crash dump if or when the computer crashes.

All good. Let's see if it crashes now and if it does, if it creates a crash dump file.

Ok, lets make sure that it is not creating a crash dump file somewhere else.
Open a command prompt as Administrator.

Code:
cd c:\
dir *.dmp /p /s >> c:\crashfiles.txt
Let's search your whole drive, I know it will be annoying, but I want to be sure that the computer is not creating crash dump files somewhere else.

Then post the c:\crashfiles.txt to the forum.

Regards.

Do you use the internal graphics card for anything?

If you can, could you please disable the internal graphics card in your BIOS. And just use your GTX 760 EVGA.

I have seen a lot of the same faults and I am thinking that it may have to do with the 2 GPU's (1 x on motherboard and 1 x add-on card) conflicting.

Just a quick question, did you ever see in any of your installed video graphics software that allowed you to choose between the internal video card and the GTX 760 EVGA?

I was just talking with a person who knows hardware better than me. He seems to think that Nvidia will not work correctly with the on-board Intel Video. So if disabling the on-board video fixes your problem, you will need to leave it off. Unless your GTC 760 becomes faulty.

if anything fix my problem i gonna be realy happy but i think not gonna be that easy i mean i have this problem for 4 years almost 3 different PC, if my problem was caused by hardware I probably would not have this problem for so long since changed several times parts of my computer, however you are the expert and I am confident that you will find the cause.

Well, lets hope that it did fix your problem. Let us know as soon as you have a crash.
Given the history of your computer crashing 2 times per day, if disabling the on-board Intel video card doesn't work, you will have problems soon, I would think.
But I prefer to try and stay positive.

is a complicated situation for me,becouse this problem already exists to win 7 over 4 years where many people suffer from the problem and several different causes such as:
- Driver WIFI
- Realtek Driver
- Antivirus like kaypersky, avast and avira
- HD
- Windows 7 sidebar
- Instability on Dram BUS voltage or QPI/DRAM CORE VOLT

I checked all those post over those 4 years:
Windows 7: 64 bit Kernel-power Event ID 41 Crashing
[SOLVED] Kernel-Power 41 (63) error
Windows 7 crash and reboot automatically kernel-power error
[SOLVED] Kernel-Power 41 error
Windows 7: win 7 reboots randomly Kernel-Power
Iam having Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power crashes
Persistant Kernel power 41 error

its dificult to me choose someone to help me, in my city only have 1 big store called Login and they works with comercial kind of PC so they always use pieces like 2-3 old, from my experience 100% of people here dont know how to fix or find issue that are not physical
they only know how to use the process of elimination where you exchange the parts and see if the problem persists.

Could you please look in the following directories for a crash dump that was created on 19/02/2014.

c:\Windows
C:\Windows\Minidump
C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG

If the driver for the Intel on-board video card is installed, please uninstall it.
