Have a look now and also when your computer crashes to see if there is a memory.dmp file in the c:\windows directory.

Please check if there is a c:\windows\Minidump directory

On my fresh install of Windows 7, I went to the C:\Windows Directory. There was a folder called Minidump. When I tried to open it, it told me that I needed administrative permissions. Once you have access to that folder you will find the crash dump files.

I also tried, from a fresh install, creating a Minidump directory (C:\Windows\Minidump). I then crashed Windows, the crash dump file was placed in the Minidump directory that I created.

Let me know if you still do not have a crash dump file.

Another way to search for crash dump files is to open a command propmt as Administrator and type the following:
cd c:\windows
dir *.dmp /s /p

Code:
dir *.dmp /s /p
Your missing a space between the commands.

*****IMPORTANT**** You need to open the command prompt as ADMINISTRATOR!!

Can you upload 2 of those dump files?

It is very strange that there are dump files in c:\Windows\Live KernelReports\WATCHDOG

Yes, please.
Also if you are overclocking the system from the BIOS, please set it back to defaults.
