Cache Tweaks

I'm not sure if it will make any noticable improvement, but I've made some reasonably substantial tweaks to the caching system that the forum software uses (almost everything should now be cached!).

From what I can tell, everything seems to work ok :). However, if you notice any bugs please do let me know :D.

I don't know, but I sure do love MongoDB :) It's awesomeshizzles. I'm developping a website on it, and it's amazing :D Speeds are amazing, and the simplicity...
