Hello All,

My previously stable computer has started dying on me on start-up.

I'm attaching the dump reports -- I'd be extremely grateful if any of you knowledgeable people could help me fix this ...

Many thanks.

You need to update your Nvidia video drivers.

All my Nvidia drivers are up to date, apparently, and yet the problem persists ...

I've added my PC specs, perhaps that might aid diagnosis?

Thanks very much.

No new mini dump files have been generated, it seems.

When I say that the problem persists, I haven't actually had a blue screen today but the PC has restarted a couple of times.

Another BSOD, another dump report

I'm attaching the dump report generated after the latest BSOD.

Again -- any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

The crash seems to be caused by a LogiTech Camera Driver:

BUCKET_ID: X64_0x7E_lvrs64+df04
Date and Time stamp of driver:

More trouble, another minidump report

Hi there,

All seemed fixed for a while, but the problem has started up again. The PC is dying a couple of times a day but the most recent dump report I have is from about a week ago.

As ever, your help is much appreciated.

Mate,
If you have any utilities from Nvidia, please uninstall them. For example nVidia System Management Controller. Most of those utilities are very problematic aka buggy.

Thanks Shintaro, but I can't seem to sort this out.

I tried deleting that Nvidia stuff but it automatically re-installed when I next rebooted.

Since then I've had countless other BSODs but I only have two minidump reports (attached) as I've had to keep restoring the system to an earlier date (which seems to delete the latest minidump reports -- is that right?).

Anyway, this is driving me nuts now, so please do let me know if there is anything else I can try.

Thanks.

Thanks again Shintaro.

Well, I ran Memtest86+ for over three hours and about half a dozen errors came up. No idea what they mean and what I can do about them though ...

I guess I have to test each memory stick individually now?

Cheers.

Yes, now you need to find out which stick of RAM is faulty.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Let us know how you go.
