BSOD recently started, Clueless with computers!

I've recently started getting the BSOD on my laptop (in the last few days) .. this happens once windows has started up, I open internet browser or other programmes, and after about 5mins it appears.

Ive had a few different error codes, last two have been

0x0000001E
0x0000003b

Have checked that driver is up to date, which it is.
Have just ran a minidump ... (i think!) also attached it to this thread...

Clueless with computers, can't understand all this computer talk on the forums, any simple instructions?!

Make sure you have all available updates from Microsoft Update.
Run a scan for malware with Microsoft Security Essentials.
Make sure your graphics driver is the most recent one.
Also try updating DirectX.

If you prefer to use a different web browser, you can obtain updates from the Microsoft Download Center or you can stay up to date with the latest critical and security updates by using Automatic Updates.
