Bsod 0x000000D1 DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hey GUYS...
I am getting a continous blue screen error(Bsod) showing error code STOP:0x000000D1(0x00000000,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x8D1878DC).
It is showing
DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Also Showing
Rt86win7.sys- Address 8D1878DC base at 8D176000, Datestamp 49a65b16.
I have done recovery at earloer point but nothing happend.
plz tell what to do.
