I have run spy bit, Malware bytes, and MS security essentials but no relief. I am about ready to pull out what little hair I have left. It is now totally impossible to do anything online.

Here are removal steps to help you remove malware completely from your PC:
Step 1: Clear away all the cookies of your browser.
Step 2: Remove all suspicious add-ons and extensions.
Step 3: Uninstall the malware from Control Panel.
Step 4: Delete the registry entries injected by this browser hijacker. Press windows + r to open registry editor and then press ctrl+F key to search for threat name, delete detected items.
