Assigning an application to a connection ?

Hello guys

I am using ( Windows 7 Ultimate 64xbit )

Q1A - Is there anyway to assign an application to take the connection from a specific network ?
For EXAMPLE :
I have 2 networks connected to my PC ( Wireless net ) & ( LAN net )
I need my entire windows take the connection from ( LAN net ) as default , but only the browser ( ex : Firefox or Chrome or IE ) take the connection from ( Wireless net )
Q1B - also is it possible to assign any other application to take the connection from a specific network ?

And by the way :

Q2 - How to determine which connection ( out of 2 connections ) my windows take as default ?
For EXAMPLE :
I have 2 networks connected to my PC ( Wireless net ) & ( LAN net )
Which one my windows will take as default ?
