After reboot UI problems

Once i reboot my computer I get the issue shown in the picture attached.

In order to fix it, I go into the screen resolution and change it. Everything will go back to normal and I will then revert it back to the original. It's a tough thing to explain, so I havnt done much googling. any ideas?

Oh and it started happening after I added the RSS feed. I have tried removing it but it doesn't seem to help.

Which graphics card do you have? It sounds like the drivers aren't working correctly, so there might be some newer beta ones about

Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS. The funny thing is, it was working fine for me after I installed W7 and the newest drivers. it actually started happening a day or two after that. And that's the only graphical glitch that I ever get, as I'm also gaming with 7. Really odd.

Same issue

Hi, i got the exact same issue.
It came suddently two weeks after i installet the new Nvidia driver version 181.71.
It only works in lowest resolution.
I tryed everything, with nogo.
I then tryed to install the 182.50 driver on my XP, and got the exact same issue, but that was fixed with reinstalling the old driver.
Im confused, and got no clue what to do, since it´s impossible to find a old driver to windows 7.
Sorry, forgot to say that i got Geforce 9600 GT grafikcard.
