AD management on W7

hi there,
I'd like to install AD on my home just for testing purpose but in the same pc I'd like to install a couple of games for my kids. :eek:

So my first option is install W7 but not sure if I will be able to manage all the AD features like W2008 server.

Any comments are welcome.
