Hello,
Recently I reformatted my Toshiba C660D Hdd ,after a disastrous upgrade to W10. I could not go back to W7 despite being within the 30 days(said files were deleted),and could not gain access to "D" drive where I had both an image and factory reset, so used media recovery usb from Toshiba.
Using this I reformatted and re-installed W7 successfully, however this also changed my activation key. Do I need to change it back to original,or should I just leave it as it is.
My computer indicates that Windows 7 has activated successfully.
Thank You

When you upgraded to W10, you effectively disable the recovery partition supplied by Toshiba. Good for you that you created the W7 USB media. Put it in a safe place, you may need it in the future. If your Windows 7 is activated successfully you should be good to go. When you right click Computer / Properties do you see this at the bottom?
