SOLVED Windows Remote Assistance

I can establish a connection with a computer I want to "help" with no problems. I can view the monitor of the other computer just fine. I can see the person I'm trying to help move his mouse pointer and interact with windows. I can see my mouse pointer on the screen, and I can move it around, but I can't "click" on anything with it. I can't do anything with the other computer at all. The other person doesn't see my mouse pointer at all. Any ideas??
