Is it best to ignore the hidden administrator account?

The hidden administrator account in the current version of Windows, is it best to just ignore it?

It is meant to be an emergency option if the other accounts get compromised such as a virus so yes, I would recommend you not use it. Any account you are actually using can be infected by bad decision choices so it's best to have a login that is as fresh as the day it was installed.

I cannot ignore the hidden administrator account, it reminds me of Windows XP days of the basic Administrator account.
