I want to know about Windows7 advantages?
Does it support the .dbx file to convert .pst directly?
Is it possible to install Visual Studio 8 in it?

When you say "Visual Studio 8", I take it you are talking about "Visual Studio 2005" which is version 8.

Compatibility listing for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 shows compatibility is not an issue.
