What files to unzip to get Windows Password remover ready to burn?

I've downloaded Windows Password remover 7.01 and since I'm new at burning disks, I have a question about what files you should see listed before burning them to a CD. After I unzip it, it has another zipped file in it which is an .iso file.

I've attached a screen shot of the files. Should all the listed files be burned as shown to a CD?

(I'm trying to help a person who bought a used computer and they don't know the password on what I've been told is a Windows 7 OS--I haven't seen it yet.)

I don't know but there are 4 readme files listed, have you read them?

If I had to guess I would think you have to create a bootable DVD using software like IMGBurn on the file WPR 7.0.iso
