There is no clipboard viewer in W7.
Use:
winkey+R or CTRl C, Then type pbrush, or open paint, followed by Ctrl+V

If you have a copy of Windows XP you can copy clipbrd.exe from
C:\Windows\System32 in XP and put it in:

C:\Windows\System32\ in Windows 7
Then create a shortcut to this location from wherever you want

Works in both Windows 7 x86 and x64.

If you want the help file (clipbrd.chm) get it in C:\Windows\Help
in XP

and put it in C:\Windows\System32\
in Windows 7
