Various BSOD crashes

Hey, I'm hoping for some advice on some of the BSOD messages i've had. I searched google but nothing seem's to apply or is out of date.
I've had two separate messages one was, it happens when playing games or streaming movies with lovefilm etc. or if I have alot of multi tasking going on.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with the 0x00000000A etc
and
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION with the 0x00000003b

the latter being the one that appears now. i've attached the mini dump file if that helps.

Any help would be amazing!

None of the drivers on your computer have been updated in over a year. I'm not a BSOD expert so nothing specific jumps out at me but I suggest you update your Anti-virus software (or remove it if it's expired) and get something current. Then run a complete scan.

Then visit the computer manufacturer's website to update your other drivers (video, networking, etc).
