Task Scheduler not running Sync Toy.

I set up Task Scheduler to run a Sync Toy task every 3 days.

Today I checked the back up folder and looked like no Sync for 5 days.
Went to Task Scheduler and says the next scheduled task is for July 31.
So some how it missed todays!.

Any suggestions?

Is there anything in the event viewer?

Why no schedule it to run every 5 mins so that you can watch the log and the task.

Did you messed with the system date and time.

One possibility, if you already had a copy of synctoy open then your batch job couldn't run. See HERE.

Hmmm.
Reset to run every 5 minutes and it seems to be working - though the what looks like a command prompt screen (Taskeng.exe) popping up is annoying. Never noticed THAT before.

So then wonder why my original setting (every 3 days) fails.

And how do I hide the Taskeng.exe screen?
