RSS Feeds not auto-refreshing

I have noticed that my RSS feeds are not auto-refreshing. I know that this is an known issue, as Microsoft mention it in the Windows 7 Beta Release Notes. However, even after following their 'fix', the feeds are still not auto-refreshing.

Has anyone else noticed this, and, if so, does anyone have a working fix?
