Running Win7 Enterprise for years. Never had a problem with Remote Desktoping into the machine until late January or early February. Tried from other Win7 machines (including Enterprise), Win XP, iPad, Macs, etc..
I finally tracked down that when I try to Remote Desktop in, I get this in the Event Viewer:
Event 6003, Winlogon
The winlogon notification subscriber <TrustedInstaller> was unavailable to handle a critical notification event.
I tried looking this up but it only leads to Server 2012 or articles like that.
Any help would be appreciated.
