Reboot issue with Windows7

Tried reinstalling Windows 7 Home premium (downloadable Upgrade) 32bit!

Stalled at installation and now only get blue screen that says please wait and then username password (user is part of domain).

Have tried rebooting thru CD/DVD same result!

Any advice - help appreciated
