I just bought a Geforce 6200LE 256 meg PCI video card to run a third monitor on in Windows 7 64 bit with aero on. The card is Dx9, 300 Mhz core and 64-bit memory interface. I've tried it in all the PCI slots on my P35-DS3R which also has an 8800GT.
Aero loads ok using latest Forceware drivers but runs slow along with some screensavers like bubbles.
Does anyone have experience running Win7 on PCI video card? Any way to boost speed of 6200LE card? Which other card is recommended?

If you like to see the screensavers go ahead and use them. Personally, I believe these are a waste of RAM and CPU resources. Just turn off the screensaver and set the monitor to turn-off after 10 minutes or so.
