PC always freezes on first try, but works normally on the second time

Hi guys,

My PC 9/10 times gets stuck when i turn it on for the first time, i have to press the restart button for it to work again, that's why i haven't been turning the PC that much. I have no idea what is causing the problem.
"when this happens my headset and mouse pad "RGB" both don't light up"

GPU: Gigabyte gtx980ti
CPU: Intel i7-6700k
RAM: Crusial ddr4 2666MHZ ballstix
Power Supply: thermaltake tr2 gold 700w
