MSXML

I recently downloaded and installed Version 2.3 of the OneTouch
Diabetes Management Software. The download and install seems to have
gone well but I can't start the program. When I try to start it I get
a pop-up error message saying:

Error: You need MSXML 4.0 in order to use this software. Please
install MSXML and try again.

I looked in my C:\Program Files [X86] LifeScan\OneTouch folder and
find many MSXML files with a variety of suffixes.

What can I do to get this problem resolved?

Which version of the MSXML do you have. For example MSXML 6 with SP 3 ?? The latter
is the latest version. Make sure you have the appropriate Service Pack installed
with it. See the versions in the below link and from which you can download and
install if needed (most probably)

Also each version and their Service Packs are alone standing which means one does
not need the other for it to be effective

Thanks, this got things resolved. I really don't know which version I
had installed. There must have been a thousands lines in that folder
that mentioned some version of MSXML. I did a download/install of
version 4.0 and this resolved the problem. I hope it didn't mess up
some other applications????
