mic problems

I have mic problems my mic dont hear my voice its only hear all what hapening in my pc like winamp , skype calls,mesagges and other plz help

Go to control panel \ Sounds select the recording tab. Make sure the mic is plugged in and marked the default active device.

its normal?? but why my friend hear all other sounds i mean pc sounds like winamp but not my voice

I never used Skype, but set the proper input device in Skype. Not system sounds. Only mic.

You might try going to Control Panel \ Speech Recognition and select Set up Microphone just to make sure your microphone is working.

hey guys ty for helping but i resloved it by my slef i bought new ones and now all is working there was problem not in PC but in headsets
