There does not appear to be any 64-bit drivers for that printer other than XP 64-Bit. There is 32-Bit Vista drivers that may work for Windows 7 32-Bit.
Your best bet would be to install the 32-Bit XP drivers under XP Mode.

XP Mode is a Virtual Machine running within Windows 7 Professional/Ultimate. XP Mode is a Windows XP SP3 32-Bit OS installed in Virtual PC for Windows.
You can download the complete Lexmark E120 universal drivers and software from the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/9MHjhJ. It includes 32-bit and 64-bit drivers for Windows systems.
