SOLVED IE8 question

Why is it when I open a new tab, it doesn't go directly to 'Home'?

Maybe:- Tools-> Internet Options? I've mine set to open new tabs as a blank page. Other options (says he typing on FF!) are the/your Home Page and the "congratulations you've opened a new tab!" page.
