Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit) downloads for HP Pro 3330 Base Model Microtower PC

Looking at the details for your machine there appears to be a choice between AMD and nVidia. I'm not sure which you may have. If you are not sure either, you can open the case to look or try installing drivers for them. If the installer doesn't detect a card it should kick out without installing the driver. But if the application does detect the card, it will likely fix your driver issue.

The choices seem to be:
  • AMD Radeon HD 6000 series
  • nVidia GeForce 400 series
  • or Intel HD integration

Are you using IGP graphics or do you have a dedicated addiin card?
Is there a sticker on the case somewhere to suggest which graphics you are using?
You have CPU-Z installed. what does the GPU tab have listed?
You might can try using GPU-Z, and see what it says.
Did you try installing both AMD and nVidia drivers to see if they would install?

There are at least 8 drivers you could try in the list - try them all.

Did you try through HP Support Assistant software on your computer?
