Uninstall your drivers and use CCleaner to clean up any registry issues, then reinstall the drivers and that should take care of it.

Thanks for your advice.
But, it did not work, I uninstall printers drivers, I download and use ccleaner, to clean up everything... I was so happy doing that till the windows show up again.
Any other advice? I need to print and can not... :( :dontknow:

Thanks anyway for your help!

Did you install the following patch after installing the printer driver?

Also, did you run the following utility to do a diagnosis for you?

Hi Nibiru,
I just did both, Patch and diagnosis, and still the same. Diagonis says : No probrem were found for HP Deskjet...
I restart laptop and still same.
I try to do a test print but When I try to print, the windows with the text :
"Print driver host for 32 bit applications has stopped working" show up,
Any other solution?
Thanks

Wow! I'm at a loss on this one, maybe someone else can help out here.

I guess that's one reason why I've always used Epson Inkjet printers and Samsung laser printers.
