SOLVED How2 dummy down touchpad 4 thinkpad x220 tablet?

win7 64 Pro:
How2 dummy down my touchpad 4 brand new thinkpad x220 tablet?

1) I want to dummy down touchpad so that it only responds to finger moving.
No TAP, no othr gestures.
I can't find anything in the help/support
and lenovo support didn't know how either.
2) Also, i want to 'stop ANY action' when cursor pauses over something.

Ah, i found the touchpad properties under mouse properties
in a new (to me) tab called UltraNav.
I didn't notice it the first few passes by.
