How to Deal With PST File Errors When Exporting Contacts to vCard?

I am trying to export contacts from an Outlook PST file to vCard format because I need to migrate my contacts to a new email client and mobile device. However, during the export process, I keep getting PST file errors such as file corruption warnings, export failures, or incomplete contact transfers. In my case, the PST file is quite large and contains old as well as recent contacts. Outlook sometimes freezes, and the export stops in the middle without clearly explaining which contacts failed. What is the best and safest way to deal with PST file errors while exporting contacts to vCard, so that I can successfully convert all contacts without losing any data?
