I am wanting to prepare for a disaster when my computer fails. I have software that will help me move / load my disk image on a new computer with new hardware. My question is where can I find generic drivers for Windows 7 that I can use if my current drivers do not work with the new hardware?

I may not be understanding the question. Your new hardware should come with new drivers. Either way you there is no such thing as generic drivers that will work with all your hardware.

Hey Cliff...I think he means the generic driver the OS uses.
