File undelete for 64 bit

I have been using Diskeeper Undelete for years.
It replaces the Recycle Bin. They don't have a 64 bit version.

Any thing out there that does similar ?

Any recommended, paid or freeware

I don't know of anything, but let me ask what there is about it that
you prefer to the Recycle Bin.

It seems that Diskeeper Undelete may well not update to 64 bit. They were
slow to update to Win 7. This program catches EVERYTHING that would go to
the recycle bin. I really don't know why they never pushed the program.
Maybe five times in the last 10 years it saved my ass, but it was well
worth the cost since I didn't have to worry about a file being
overwritten.

Didn't you just describe the actions of the Recycle Bin?
(Don't top-post; the thread will be easy to follow.)

The Recycle Bin doesn't capture everything. Not even close.

Avira UnErase Personal 1.4 (free for personal use).
I'm not sure whether it works with Win7 64 bit but it works OK with Win7
32 bit and saved a slight disaster for me on one occasion. Might be
worth a look.
