Double click to open All Programs

OK hope this makes sense.

Currently when I go to the Start (globe) icon, and then to All Programs- just hovering over All Programs, expands the tree/menu.
I would prefer to double click on All Programs instead.

I went to Control Panel/Folder Options, then View- but do not see any thing that might change this.

Any suggestions?

Right click the Start "globe" and select Properties, then "customise"
If you scroll down, you will find an item, "open submenus...etc" . Untick the item and apply.
