Copy a system image to new location

I want to make a copy of an earlier ‘System image’ that’s in ‘System Restore’ on the internal C\drive to a new external USB hard drive, is this possible?

You can move your images, to restore from them, the WindowsImageBackup folder needs to be moved to the root of a drive.

Thank you, for the life of me I can't find the ImageBackup folder. I have admin rights, and it is set to show hidden folders.
