BSODs looking for help (.dmps attached)

This crash points to DirectX. You have about a 1% chance that Microsoft has missed a bug in DirectX.
- Update Graphics driver for your video card.
You haven't let us know what kind of hardware you have so that is about all I can suggest at the moment.
Apart from the obvious of make sure that all updates are applied to your system (BIOS / Hardware / Windows).

EtronXHCI.sys Mon Jul 25 22:30:56 2011 These seem to be causing an issue of late, but they virtually immediately updated them which shows they probably realised there was an issue. Update to Etron USB 3.0 v105 Drivers. This is a Gigabyte Mobo drivers link, just in case your Mobo Mfr. is a bit slow on the uptake!!
